Conservatives’ have created a caricature of 47% of folks as collecting welfare and hanging out in front of the TV while 10 kids play on the family WII , getting up only to answer the door when the local drug dealer shows up, and loading up on steak and lobster at the grocery store, paid for with food stamps.
But Move On has gathered a number of members of the actual 47%, and given them a chance to speak out against the Republican Party’s bigotry, and tell Americans they are “Voters Not Victims”. Their stories might surprise some Republicans; but the question is, will they wake up to the fact that their party is denigrating even their own voters in their 47% meme – that remains to be seen.
Here are just a few of the videos; more can be seen on YouTube/Move On Voters Not Victims:
Warning: If you check out the Voters Not Victims videos, some may bring a tear to your eye – if you’re not a Republican.
