The issues have been fixed with our Disqus system and comments are working again in Internet Explorer.
Our external commenting system by Disqus was not displaying the commenting form in Internet Explorer, which is why we temporarily went to the Livefyre commenting system. Livefyre was missing many comments in the import process so we continued to work with Disqus to find a solution. It turned out that there was a conflict with the social sharing plugin we were using. Now that we’ve switched to another social sharing plugin (ShareThis), Disqus is working correctly again in Internet Explorer.
There were only a few brief comments, two written by me, that did not get logged while we were expiring issues. I resubmitted a few more substantial comments.
