This is a proudly partisan site created for Democrats, liberals, progressives, and others who generally support Democratic candidates and ideals.

Our group blog features analysis and commentary by experienced progressive and liberal bloggers (see Contributors). We support small lefty blogs; we provide a Resources section designed for the benefit of bloggers and we will gladly add small bloggers to our blogroll when asked.

A primary goal of this site is to provide a resource for Democrats to locate the information they need to support and elect more Democrats. In addition to our blog, we provide:

  • Free classifieds for lefty merchandise and services
  • Resources for bloggers, which includes:
    • The latest headline feeds from liberal and progressive sources
    • The latest blog feeds from the top lefty blogs
    • A database of useful freebies to add color and content to any blog or site
  • A database-driven directory of lefty sites, organized by category and searchable by keywords (see the Links in the header)
  • A collection of important U.S. historical documents
  • A variety of useful links and information throughout the site
