You can take these simple action steps and make a difference in the next election.
Join in the discussion.
Share your views with your fellow Dems by posting comments in our blog.
Write your representatives.
Let them know where you stand on the issues. You just may influence their vote.
Find your rep in the lookup forms in our blog.
Show your support.
Encourage other Democrats by showing your support. Wear Dem merchandise or display a bumper sticker on your vehicle.

Volunteer your time.
Democrats need your help, even if it's only a few hours each month.
See the Jobs/Volunteer page for organizations with a need for volunteers, or contact your local Democratic Party.
Start a career in politics.
Make a career change and make a difference. Job and internship opportunities are available.

Start a voter support group.
In the days leading up to the election, organize friends and family to vote. Create a plan to ensure everyone in your group can vote - offer rides to the polling place, babysit for friends while they vote, etc. And call each other on the eve of the election, as a reminder to vote.
